Materials:
- Gone Fishing Stencil
- Essential Stencil Brush
- Neutral stained board from Michaels
- Acrylic paint (Titanium White)
- Painter's tape
- Cardboard or paper plate for offloading
Instructions
- Sand and prep your wood board with a dark neutral stain.
- Center and tape down the Gone Fishing stencil.
- Using a stencil brush and white acrylic paint, stencil the design with a vertical stipple or swirl motion.
- Add painted border lines above and below the text for extra dimension.
Helpful Tips:
- Use thicker bodied paints to reduce bleed-through.
- A spacer strip helps keep your decorative border lines even.
