Begin by lightly sanding the surface of your wooden framed piece to create a smooth finish. Wipe away all dust to ensure the transfer adheres properly.
A smooth, clean surface is the key to getting crisp stencil lines and a beautifully adhered transfer.
Take the "Cowboy Take Me Away" stencil from the Country Love Set and trim away the word "Cowboy" so you can use just the phrase "Take Me Away."
Position the stencil along the bottom of the sign and use a Stencil Brush with black acrylic paint to apply the design.
