Halloween doesn’t have to be all spooky! In this tutorial, Melissa Miller of Miller’s Rustic Sawmill shows how to create adorable pink reversible boards using the October Nights Mini Stencil Pack. These make a fun twist on traditional Halloween décor — perfect for kids or anyone who loves a softer palette.
Use a baby wipe to apply soft pink paint across both 6” boards. Make sure to cover the edges for a finished look. Speed up drying with a blow dryer if needed.
On the first board, tape down the pumpkin carving design from the October Nights Mini Stencil Pack. Using a stencil brush, fill it in with coral paint for a soft, non-spooky look.
On the second board, tape down the “Boo” stencil. Apply purple paint with your stencil brush. Add a second coat for bold coverage.
Return to the pumpkin carving board and lightly brush coral paint around the edges to create a subtle frame.
Do the same with the “Boo” board, this time using purple paint along the edges for a polished finish.
