Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Paint the Snowman Base
Position Layer 1 of the November Stencil of the Month (Basic Set) at the center of your board. Using a stencil brush, fill it in with white paint for a crisp, snowy base.
Step 2: Add the Snowman Details
