Materials Needed
- 10" round wood board
- White paint (I used Raw Silk by Fusion Mineral Paint)
- Rustic Vintage Truck Rub-On Transfers
- Country Roads & Vintage Soul Mini Stencil Set (2pk)
- Stencil Brush Set | Pure Natural Bristle Brushes
- Essential Rub-On Transfer Tool
- Black paint (Coal Black by Fusion Mineral Paint recommended)
Step 1: Paint the Wood Board
Start by painting your 10" round wood board with white paint. Allow it to dry completely, then apply a second coat for smooth, full coverage.
Step 2: Apply the Vintage Truck Transfer
Cut out a vintage truck design from the Rustic Vintage Truck Rub-On Transfers pack. Position it on the lower half of the board and burnish firmly using the transfer tool until the design fully adheres.
Step 3: Stencil "Vintage Soul" Lettering
Take the “Vintage Soul” stencil from the Country Roads & Vintage Soul Mini Stencil set and place it at the top of the board. Using a stencil brush, apply black paint to fill in the lettering.
Helpful Tips
- Use less paint on your stencil brush to avoid bleeding and achieve crisp edges.
- Burnish from the edges inward for detailed rub-on transfers to ensure all small elements stick properly.
