Pet Memorial Sign
- Pet Memorial 6x6 (3pk) Stencil Set
- Paw Home Sweet Home 16" Round Stencil
- 8" wood sign (upcycled or new)
- Fusion Mineral Paint – Transition and Casement
- Fusion Coal Black paint
- Stencil brush, painter’s tape, sanding block, plastic wrap
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start with a thrifted or store-bought wood sign. Sand back any previous designs to create a smooth base.
- Apply a coat of Fusion’s Transition paint to neutralize dark patterns or wood tones.
- Once dry, go over it with Fusion’s Casement white. Two coats should give you a solid finish.
- Tape down the "You Left Paw Prints on My Heart" stencil and use black paint to stencil your design.
- Use the paw print element from the Paw Home Sweet Home stencil to create a border around the sign.
- For a final touch, dry brush a soft shadow border around the edge using a piece of cardstock.
