Direct all customer service questions to support@essentialstencil.com or have them use the chat on our website. Our team will handle returns, exchanges, and any issues — you don't need to troubleshoot orders yourself.
We love spotlighting our ambassadors! Live opportunities on our Facebook page and Stencil of the Month Club page are coordinated by our team. If you are in our Artisan or Brand partner ambassador tiers and are interested in a live spot or want to be added as a substitute, email candi@essentialstencil.com and we'll add you to our rotation list.
Commissions are paid out on the 15th of each month for the previous month's confirmed sales. Payments are sent via PayPal. Make sure your PayPal email is up to date in your Refersion dashboard settings. You can view pending and paid commissions anytime in your dashboard.
Campaign details and early access info are posted in the Campaigns tab of this hub. We share creative assets and talking points before public launch so you can start creating content. Check this hub regularly and watch for email notifications about upcoming launches.
As an Essential Stencil ambassador, we ask that you share our products authentically with your audience through social media posts (tag @essentialstencil and #esambassador), project tutorials, or Facebook Lives. There's no minimum posting requirement, but active ambassadors who consistently create content and engage their audience tend to earn the most. Use your referral link or discount code when sharing so sales are tracked to your account.
Your Refersion dashboard is where you track sales, commissions, clicks, and manage your referral links. Access it by clicking "Sign In to Refersion" on the My Dashboard tab above, or go directly to essentialstencil.refersion.com/affiliate/login. Use the email and password you set up when you joined the program. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
In your Refersion dashboard, you can create custom links for any product or collection page. Simply copy the product URL from our website, paste it into Refersion's link generator, and it will create a tracked link tied to your account. You can also share your personal discount code — when customers use it at checkout, the sale is automatically attributed to you.
