1. What is an Essential Stencil eGift Card?

* Essential Stencil eGift Card is the most efficient and environment-friendly gift that you can give to your friend or love one that is an avid Essential Stencil customer or just because! 

2.  Can an eGift Card can be used more than once?

* Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the eCard.

3. Can gift cards be reloaded?

*No, you can't reload a gift card.

4. Can more than one Essential Stencil eGift Card be used towards a purchase?

*Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

5. How can I check their my eGift Card balance?

*You can send us a message so that we can check it for you. :)

 6. I want to purchase an Essential Stencil eGift Card for my mom/dad/friend/relative/colleague, how can I do that?

*After choosing the gift card, you can proceed to checkout and make sure to have their email address on hand or yours in order to receive the code. If you failed to do so, please let us know at support@essentialstencil.com

7. Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

*No. you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

8. Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

*Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

9. Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?

*Sorry, regular discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards. If during the promotion, the eGift card redeemer can use a discount code together with his/her eGift Card code during checkout.

10. Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

*Yes, gift cards are a form of payment together with any valid discount.

11. I just purchased an Essential Stencil eGift Card, where should I expect to receive the code?

*Shortly after your successful purchase and depending on the email address that you added to your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and a separate email about the status of your eGift Card. If you are not the receiver of the eGift Card, you can share the email confirmation to your receiver. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure that the code is only known between you and the receiver to avoid loosing the amount of the eGift Card.
