Step 1: Start with three pre-painted wood boards in red, white, and blue. Make sure all surfaces are clean and dry before beginning.
Step 2: Apply the first stencil layer on the white board using black paint. Use light pressure and an almost dry brush.
Step 3: Align the second stencil layer and fill it with red paint. Let it dry completely before removing.
Step 4: Apply the third stencil layer using navy blue paint. Set aside to dry completely.
Step 1: Position the USA map stencil over a floral transfer and trace the outline lightly.
Step 2: Stencil the USA map on the blue board using white paint. Let dry completely.
Step 3: Place the floral cut-out inside the map shape and burnish with the transfer tool until fully adhered.
Step 1: Tape stencil onto red board and fill in with white paint using firm, even strokes.
Final Reveal: Remove stencil carefully to reveal a clean patriotic design.
